Preliminary task
This week the preliminary task was set. Our preliminary task was to create a piece of video that includes the following: 1) Match on action shot 2) Shot/ Reverse shot 3) 180 Degree rule. The clip has to include walking through a door and scripted dialogue. For the two lessons this week we had to plan the task with a storyboard and a script.

Our preliminary video was successful as it met all the preliminary task criteria. We included a range of effective camera shots and the music fitted in really well with the theme. One thing we would improve on is the filming quality, certain shots were slightly wobbly which we can focus on in the final task. My favourite shot of this task was the panning shot I think it looked professional and fitted in well with the timing of the rest of the piece. It enabled the viewer to see the point of view of both characters sat at the table and understand the comedic feel due to their facial expressions.
